The Fallen Spruce

The Fallen Spruce is a fantastic three bedroom, one bath cozy cabin and is our largest. It has one king size bed, a full bed and two twin beds, sleeping a total of six people. This air conditioned cabin is more centered on the property, sitting next to the main dock and firepit. The cabin is great for a larger family or for a few couples who just need a bit more room, but wish to be in the same cabin. It is a wonderful cabin that sits lakeside and offers amazing views of the awesome summer sunsets.

2024 Cabin Rates

  • Weekly: $1150.00 (2 people)

  • Daily: $200.00

  • Extra guest: children (under age 1) FREE 

  • Children (ages 1-6) $50.00 per week, per child

  • All others (including all visitors staying over 3 hours)

  • $90.00 per week/per guests, $35.00 per day, per guest

  • CHECK-IN (after) 3:00pm

  • CHECK-OUT TIME (by) 9:00am

Deposits and Policies

Our reservation policy is intended to be fair to all of our guests. Once a unit is reserved by a guest, it is removed from the market and reserved. However, a reservation is not confirmed until a $250.00 is received within 5 days after making your reservation. If after 5 days, we have not received a deposit we must return the unit to the market. Guest have 120 days to cancel a reservation from the start of the reservation date. Prior to 120 days, any cancelations will receive 1/2 of their deposit if we fill the cabin within 60 days of the cancelations. Guests are financially responsible for the entire length of their confirmed reservation. All rates subject to Minnesota sales tax. Rates subject to change without notice. We accept check, cash or paypal.
